Privacy Policy
This page explains how request details may be collected, reviewed, and routed.
This site does not perform well pump work. Requests may be shared with an independent local provider after launch and approval.
Information Collected
This site may collect the information you choose to submit, including your name, phone number, email, town or address, water-system issue, urgency, text-message preference, and details you provide about the request.
How Information May Be Used
Submitted information may be used to review the request, contact you about the request, route the request to an independent local provider, improve the site, and keep a basic lead log for service follow-up and business records.
Sharing With Providers
If you submit a request and consent to referral routing, your request details may be shared with an independent provider so they can contact you about the job. Provider availability, pricing, licensing, workmanship, and follow-up are the provider's responsibility.
Call Tracking And Recording
If call tracking or call recording is added later, the site should display appropriate notice and consent language before recording or routing calls. No tracking number is currently active.
SMS
If you choose text as a preferred contact method and check the text-message consent box, your request record may note that preference. Automated SMS follow-up is not active unless a separate approved workflow is added for consent records, opt-out handling, and message handling.
Data Retention
Lead data should be kept only as long as needed for request routing, follow-up, reporting, and compliance records.
Traffic Measurement
The site may count page visits and referring domains to understand which pages are useful. This traffic counter does not use cookies and is not used for automated advertising profiles.
Contact
Use the request form on the homepage for service-related questions. A dedicated business contact email can be added after the routing inbox is approved.
